Apparently, there is a trend in America since the 1950s that men have been electing to not seek employment. Let us look at some possible answers?
- In 1913 men lost the right to own property. Why work for what you can't own?
- Men lost the right to speak for or represent their own families to the government.
- Debit financing was started. Men, being the main bread winners suffered more bankruptcy.
- Women were protected by the government if their husbands went bankrupt.
- The U. S. Constitution that championed families, was now made to attack men.
- The 16th -27th Amendments weakened the man's role in the family.
- Emotions were forced into politics and business. Logic was forced out.
