We the People

I find that a few people can't break down the meanings of the terms government, corporations, businesses, market, capitalism, socialism, and communism  just to name a few.  So I will simplify the equation (like in math class).  Who is the government?  What are corporations and businesses?  Who constitutes a market?  What is the real point of  capitalism, socialism, and communism?

Well a picture is worth a thousand words.

Did we notice anything special in this picture?  In the preamble of the Constitution it states "We the People of the United States," and so on.  Now who is the government?  We are.  What are corporations and businesses?  Organizations of who?  We the people.   Who constitutes a market?  Again we do.

Now this being the case, let's look at a few quandaries like market function, taxes, executive pay, employee pay, poverty, and personal responsibility.  Do we the people like to buy things?  All the same things?  Yes, we like buying things and no, we don't always like the same things.  Some people like peanut butter.  And Viola! if we put all the people together that like peanut butter we have a market.  Do we like it when other people tell us we don't like peanut butter? NO, we do not.

The people that like peanut butter purchase peanut butter but the people that made the peanut butter may like jam better and they join the jam market.  However, they need money to trade for jam   So, the money they receive from supplying peanut butter is divided between employee needs, company investments for future sales, and funds for maintenance, waste, and accident.  Now here is the trick, watch carefully.  It costs money to make peanut butter (employee needs, company investments for future sales, and funds for maintenance, waste, and accident).  If this price is too high then the market gets smaller forcing the price of peanut butter to go up.  If the market gets bigger the price of peanut butter goes down.  But, no matter what happens the market stays balanced.

When a market starts falling off the people that make peanut butter will start making it cheaper or better or faster or ship it to other markets or what ever the market demands to balance the market again.

If a market is booming (lots of peanut butter buyers) then there is room for other businesses to enter into the market.  Competition!

It's all about the demand (people that like peanut butter) balancing with the supply (people that make peanut butter).

Jumping to internal business economics,  why do executives get paid more then normal employees?

A person finds that there is a good market of peanut butter buyers.  He or she decides to make peanut butter.  Time and money is spent getting a working business plan together finding other people that can organize specific details of each of the major function of the company are found and enticed.  Then more people are found that can salt peanuts, cook peanuts, shell peanuts, crush peanuts, bottle peanut butter, pack boxes, ship boxes, and sell peanut butter at a price the market thinks is fair for their efforts.

Who did the most work and is risking the most?  The person that wanted to make peanut butter.  Who is next most responsible?  The people riding the horses of the business's major functions.  One bad buck and the company can suffer loses that affect everyone in the company.  What employee positions become more redundant in numbers of people holding them?  The line workers.  Wow, a micro market inside a bigger market.  Looking at the job of  "salting peanuts", if there are lots of people that can fill the job the wage goes down.  If few people can do the job the wage goes up.  If the wage gets too high the company fails.

However, another person's company  might be able to salt peanuts for less then hiring an internal employee to do it.  Or, there might be a new machine that can do it cheaper then paying a person or a company to salt peanuts.

So, it comes down to what the people will pay for verses what the people will work for to maintain the peanut butter availability.

dom, Dom, DOM, I hear the genital foot steps of the government coming in stride with the tax man.  OK, let's get the playing field organized.  Hear the soft voices of people shouting "I want peanut butter", "I want jam", "I want toast", and so on.  Businesses jib and jab attempting to balance the supply with the demand at the price the market dictates.  The government announces that they will supply toast.  Oh, by the way we say the price is high according to market standards and you will pay it any way.

Forcing a price without regard to market demand buys a whole lot of waste.  Let's look at a few wasted bucks.

Education:  Let's loan the students money without regard to market needs so that they have a healthy debit right out of college.  Will their chosen profession be in a saturated market causing a trip to the twilight zone of micro markets and low wages to pay off those loans?

General Welfare:  As mentioned in the Constitution Article 1 Section 8 refers to the health of the nation in whole not the individuals.  Let's think on this, if the government pays people that do not participate in supplying goods and services in the private markets are they not weakening the general welfare of the nation as goods and services dry up?  Nature will balance the equation with poverty, disease and death if it comes to that.  So the government is breaking the law as they spend on a twisted understanding of general individual welfare.

Health Care:  We are all people with different talents, desires, and educations.  Why does a doctor become a doctor?  Easy answer- self improvement personally or publicly.  Or wealth and fame, your choice.  Now without regard to market demand and supply again the government people have set arbitrary requirements on doctors to see people in poverty that they created.  This forces the doctor into poverty also.  Cool, here's one better.  Governmental protections have forced all but the most profitable forms of medicine like allopathic medicine into poverty.  Buy a shot.  Buy a pill. Fix the problems as individual modules, that way 4 doctors need to look at you instead of one.  In effective waste of power and funds.

The people we trusted to govern need to read the Declaration of Independence.  For the same reasons our fore fathers left England, the people may rise against the current "CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC.".

We the people, why have we bowed to anything but the real rights we have... life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  The other day the radio news was talking of grade schoolers and their right to education.  "What?" was my reply.  Since when is education a right? Rule number ONE; rights don't cost money.  Rule number TWO; rights don't require other people to do anything for us.  Rule number THREE; rights are God given not some rhetoric from some government .

Socialism, and communism are both but not the only government rhetoric machines.  They tell people that they don't need to work for themselves.  The government expounds to everyone things like; need food call us we will magically get it for you from thin air.  We don't force people to work after we tell them the government will provide.  Behind the thin veil of government is always the people.  Governments can do nothing save the people actually do it; usually out of fear.

Many people believe that Naziism is the ultimate conservative position.  However, NAZI is the German acronym for the National Socialist German Workers' Party.  So, if you live in communist China Nazi s are conservative.

Well that's all I can say for now.

Well I Did It

I went to work as a telemarketer today.  Jumped the nerves and dove in I did.  It didn't go well the more people I called the slower I got trying to reprocess the previous calls to improve future calls.  Then one lady bated me and ditched me wasting 15 minutes doing it.

I looked at the jobs available in town.  Everything requires working with people.  No sit in the lab and research out anything type jobs.

Well, I can dream.

There are so many projects I would like to be working on right now.  A Howard Johnson motor patent numbers (U.S. Patent: #5,402,021, #4,877,983, #4,151,431) or finish my Lorentz O.  Build my cold power generator, put my food and gardening business together, And the list goes on.

Oh well, so goes today

Having a Little Faith

I'm still stumbling on things.  I once wrote that some people see me as a guru and others wonder how they trained a monkey to walk upright (no offense to moneys intended).

Why do I have to measure and quantify everything.  Why do I have to see the illogic and artificial segues between functions in systems.  It is obvious that others don't and don't even worry about such things.  In fact I have come to believe that most people enjoy being sheltered from the facts.

Like fluoride and its use. It is a poison and always will be.  BUT, 11 out of 12 dentists recommend it daily.  Other products fall into the same boat sunscreen, milk, and fats.

I spend more time then I should seeing things.   I should take a quick peek and buy the party line like others... my life would be less complicated and I wouldn't feel like I'm spinning my wheels so much.  I've heard it said that "ignorance is bliss".  Why is it so against my nature?  Why do some people run into gunfire and disasters?

I know... I can see the little boy even now "daddy why is the sky blue? why does the sun set? what makes popcorn pop?" an inquiring mind wants to know.  What makes a shoelace a good shoelace?... Easy, the right amount of friction makes it stay tied yet allows it to be untied.  Friction is controlled by the material in which the laces are made.  And let's not forget the load stress on the laces.  Laces that have to stay tied under stress must have a higher friction coefficient also.   Why do I even consider things like this?

Yet, life goes on.

My mom used to get so mad at me when she was in a hurry.  She often claimed I slowed down if she told me to hurry.  The joke here is "An INTJ in a hurry".  An INTJ processing data is like watching a pot boil.  There is only one speed but watching makes time drag.

Oh! I should at least mention the main topic in this post.  Heavenly Father must muse at my childish tendencies as I stumble along in this life.  I have found myself on the other side a few times watching my own kids struggle, fail some, and achieve things.  I can't imagine it being to different for our Father.  A few weeks ago while praying I received the inspiration it was time to cast my nets.  I see others doing it so easily yet I have entangled myself and fumbled things and have but yet to get the net wet.  The trick is having the faith to continue trying to get the net in the water believing I can pull it up full.

INTJ have so few friends because they talk to much.  Never can seem to conclude an interlude... so bye before I think of something else.

So Mad

I have everything in place to make some money off someone else for someone else and I can't do it.  Everything about network marketing rubs me backwards.  I spent my day fighting down stomach pains from the idea of calling people and telling them about a new website.  How stupid is that.

I can't stand talking to people that call me to sell me something.  Yet, I signup to call people and sell them something.  How is that for petting a porcupine backwards?  I did tech support calls for work in the past I hated it.  I hate it when people call back weeks later and ask you to help them with the same problem thinking you know who they are and what the problem is just at the mention of their first name.  They get mad when you don't know them from Adam and don't care to... let alone their problem.

I feel like an epic failure.  I have heard it said that employment was 85% who you know and 15% what you know.  I know almost 50 people.  Only one is my confident the others are hardly even friends save 2... my parents.  I have a few siblings but I am not close to them even really.

Now,

It's the day after. I am going in again today.  I have to make it work.  I need the experience.  I need to develop the ability to handle people better.  And, I can't in good conscience not do the work... it pays well.  So, I will assume the people are computer generated characters and eliminate all feeling and emotion.  One more thing, I don't have to get showered, shaved, or dressed to go to work.  I commute to my computer during the potential clients working hours but I take breaks and lunch and vacation at my leisure.  It is a great job.

Perfected my corn flour crepe recipe already today.  My sourdough start is growing getting ready to be bread tomorrow.   The family schedule is coming online.  I figure ramp up will take 2 - 3 weeks to fully implement.

Well, off to the races

Back To It

So much to think about.  I am starting to find this site confining combine with not being the fastest typist in the world inhibiting me.  I've started to edit myself in the attempt at organizing my thoughts as I have found shortcomings in the blog design.  Simply the way the blog is designed is to small to adequately express organized ideas.  Sounds dumb I know but bare with me.  Only one page of this multi-page blog allows individual entries all the other pages are only one entry.  And I haven't discovered how to link multiple blogs together smooth enough to soot me yet.

Here is just a few things I have been working on since last time.

1. Gluten Free sour dough recipe - using corn flour and inexpensive ingredients
2. General conference assimilation - This is a whole blog by its self
3. Family scheduling more completely - so much to rework
4. New job starting today - working out final thoughts
5. I developed a bunch of chilli and additional sauce recipes for a cook book I'm thinking about
6. Developing a new record label marketing model
7. Reviewing my gardening business idea and polishing it
8. Poking at finding a more direct marketing method for my Youngevity connections
9. Getting the bugs out of the Amazon.com affiliation
10. Creating a R/C oscillator and amp for a device I'm poking at
11. Attempting to contact my precinct people and get them registered for the primaries coming up
12. Spending time with my wife & family
13. Running the house since I work at home and she doesn't
14. Attempting to finance my healing - my mineral reserves are falling off and my body is starting to hurt again
15. Researching the connection between antibiotics, fungi, candida, celiac, type 1 & 2 diabetes, and the way to correct the chain
16. AND of course, each of these have multiple layers

I know other people aren't as involved in so many non connected things at once.  I can't say I'm stressed by my endeavors as it seems natural to be thinking all the time.  Stress is when a plan or idea is weak.  Stress is talking to people that are just talking.  Stress is explaining myself over and over cause someone I'm compelled to converse with isn't listening.  Stress is being ignored by educated idiots based on a ambiguous argument that the schooled are brighter then the gifted.  The most insane part of this is that the educated studied the gifted to gain a semblance of knowledge.  There is nothing more pathetic then a brain dead PHD.  Self deception at its best.  Sorry, must have hit a nerve.

17. Researching the concept that our bodies are comprised of two forms of crystal - a solid locked form in our bones and a liquid form in our blood and through our soft tissues.  Of course, this also supports the mineral knowledge I gleaned from Dr. Wallach.  This idea also fits nicely with my religious pursuits.

18. Been aiding my wonderful wife with her side of the family's Christmas party and gift planning arrangements.

19. Been thinking on starting a business selling my ideas for businesses to others as business plans and retaining a 5% or 10% ownership for a cash flow.  If I subdivide the gardening business I can create 5 or 6 independent businesses that are all related and can be inter-supportive.  The beauty here is that each of the 5 or 6 businesses are franchise-able even within a single city or town.  Think of it - A multidimensional non MLM business that has no pyramid in it that competes at the market level of an MLM.

Well, I've got to get back to it.  2 hours just flew by and I have work to do.

Stress

Sometimes I don't know how I do it.  My life is stress.  Right now I'm broke with hundreds of dollars looming in bills.  I spent practically the whole month (there is still a week left) attempting to get one of three money streams to work... they are not looking promising.  My sons are eating me out of house and home, since schools out, contributing little back to the family good.  And then one of them has the audacity to tell his friends that he runs the household.  We have decided to offer the 18+ group of kids a contract dictating that they will follow the rules or move out.  Failure to sign the contract will force an eviction by force if necessary.  That should settle any difference of opinion between their mother and I.  It's hard to watch a kid with no or little faith flounder.

I have been a millionaire twice now.  Both times I was denied holding the cash by a circumstance just out of my grip.  I often wonder what I did to earn my health, wealth, and influence.  I used to be first place then I dropped to second.  Now, I ponder over why I find myself always on the other side of the fence.  My siblings appear to avoid me.  My son likes to make sure I know this as he is off with his cousin.  Being so bright and involved I wonder why he doesn't move on with his life.  Any more that feeling of accomplishment you get from crossing the finish-line after everyone else has gone home and the sun has set is all I live for.

This last week I keep running into a saying from Mark Twain something like this "A lie has to fit between the walls of probability and belief to have credibility but, the truth is easily dismissed because it has no walls."  I have spent a lot of time sorting truth from perceptions and lies.  No body cares.  Right now I'm watching 8 people I care about elect to follow a lie to their graves spending loads of money as they go.  Agency, I don't understand how others forfeit theirs so easily and accept death.  I know.  I crossed my "T"s and dotted my "I"s.  I proved that I found the truth by testing it 4 different ways : using it, going without, others' research, and prayer.  Who cares.

We have been lied to in our history, government, science, health, food, energy, politics, and economics.  No one cares.  The lies are easier to believe.  Fortunately, I am an optimist with a heart line strait to God.  He has helped me understand that we can make mistakes even pertaining to the things mentioned above and still receive a few blessings.

The Big Oak Desk

Last Sunday the topic of offending the Holy Ghost was introduced into a lesson.  In my experience the Holy Ghost is more like a large heavy oak desk.  Very beautiful in nature, very powerful in presents, very dedicated to purpose, and as this essence of majesty, It has no reason to run but stand firm.  It is we that pollute our vision and handicap our path.  The desk is before us with its draws full of gifts.  Its top is covered with a thick glass, impermeable to our activity.  A phone, strait to truth, is on its corner.  A planner and calendar provided for us to guide our business.  And last and most important pictures of loved ones adorn its surface.  Now we can choose to use the desk as designed or we can attempt to cover the desk with magazines,  travel brochures, garbage, and other things that hide the desk from us.  However the desk is still there even if we can't see it.  The phone and other accommodations lost to our view... still remain.  We may need help finding them.

I don't see the Spirit as ever offended but extremely disappointed as we choose to hide our heads with our agency.
