City Council Debates

I've been to two debates so far (Oct 19th).  This last debate raised questions as neither candidate was really conservative.  It perplexes me to see leaders talk about subjects without developing them to the pavement.  Where the rubber meets the road is where the work gets done.  Oh, to be as chatty as a politician and say nothing.

I must confess, I think the last good mayor we had was Mayor Campbell 4 or 5 mayors ago.  He knew how to grow the city and balanced budgets.  He attracted businesses, things where good.  As of late the city is over spending.  In 2006 and 2007 we had a 10 million dollar grant that we hid behind.  The capital grant dropped 8 million dollars in 2008 (Source 2007 and 2008 City of Idaho Falls CAFR).  This was a sign we were over spending by relying on soft money in the first place.  So, since 2008 the city has been raising taxes, fines, fees, and licenses to cover the grant short fall of 8 million dollars.

Money has even been taken from the city businesses to cover the over spending.  Speaking of which, city businesses have been losing money also.  City businesses are down 10 million dollars in earnings over the last 8 years.     

But here is the rub, The city has been spending more on parks and recreation, public safety, and streets instead of making Idaho Falls business friendly.  Businesses don't care about parks.  Businesses are designed to make money for their investors, executives, and employees.  They need power, phones, gas, water, sewer, and trash at reasonable prices.  They need fair non-excessive regulation and taxation.

Cities are only strong if the wealth of the city resides with the people.  Here is a picture of the health of our city.

The money is shifting from the people to the city's spending project.  2014 is deceptive just because the household income is under the 2012 levels.

Lets look at taxes.

Businesses like the purple line.  Boy, it sure looks to me like the city is running off businesses and taxing the people to build parks and anti-riot teams to control the unemployed.  Quick note; how much of the public safety budget is cameras to watch and record every intersection and street.  How much we miss when we think someone else is watching our back.   

I know most people aren't going to understand this but for those who do; if our city council would apply fractal mathematics to the equation of running the city in balance the solutions light up like uranium to a Geiger counter.

Benjamin Franklin is attributed with expressing the sentiment “They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”   There are many that attempt to fit this logic into today's reality of surveillance as if Franklin would approve of being constantly watched.  If this was the case Custard and the battle of Little Bighorn would never of happened.  Taking the Indian Chief's responsibility away from them (aka liberty over ones self) made them less then men and they rebelled.  Let's look at food stamps.  We relieved the people of feeding themselves.  As a nation we are weaker in our workforce.  As a people we are slaves of the state.  This is a violation of the Nation's "General Welfare" from the Constitution pertaining to congressional responsibilities.  In modern lingo, distributive networking with multiple server redundancy (bit torrent) is superior to server centric networking (so weak in it architecture that there are no example among Enterprise servers).  That is a testament to Franklin wisdom.  When we stand and hold our hand out we are at the mercy of the generous and if the generous start holding their hands out we starve.

Fractal Mathematics: the microcosm of our attitudes, abilities, and actions translate to the macrocosm of our society.    

Solutions:

1. Teach people to protect and produce for themselves as much as possible.  Encourage looking after each other without tattling to government spies.  Reduce the price for safety by placing the responsibility back where it belongs on the individuals first.  Teach or allow gun and weapon safety classes.  Allow the use of low-power projectile weapons in the city limits under the supervision of responsible adults.

2. Parks are great but 50 in a population of 54,000.  If people have no jobs who is going to play in the parks?  If the median house hold income is dropping there is something wrong with the local business sector and or the city population.  The parks need to be reduced or turned over to local neighborhoods.  Create neighborhood food gardens for those that need food, training, and accomplishment.   
             
3. Reduce taxes, fines, fees, licenses, and regulations to encourage businesses.  The concept of money is only produced in a free market environment.  This point is why governments can't create monetary value.  The socialistic ways of collecting taxes does not allow for the free efforts of individuals to instill value through desire of an item or service.  Slavery doesn't profit the slave.

4. Be aware of "Academic Inflation" when it comes to government supervisors.  In the real world the expense of ones education doesn't translate to a bigger paycheck without earning the money on the free market.  In other words, if you build a bunch of yoyos and nobody wants them you didn't earn any money you created debit.  The city pay scale should reflect the local private sector's paychecks if we really what to grow Idaho Falls.  The public should have a vote on general pay-scales and individual director paychecks

5. Remove the "Smart Meters".  The federal government paid half to install them (2012 and 2013 CAFRs).  The meters have a far sorter live expectancy then the old analog meters and will need to be replaced 4 to 5 times in the lifespan of the old meters.  Even if the fed continues paying half, the meters are expensive.  The meters are easily hacked and vulnerable to pole shorts.  In California a pole grounding cause the destruction of hundreds of meters and  damaged each house and its appliances.

Warm fuzzes and displacing poor people while dreaming of a rich investor to develop downtown Idaho Falls (out of the goodness of his/her heart) is at best dreaming.  I have one more chart.

 It took a lot of digging to come up with these numbers.  If our population is dropping and our incomes are slipping is raising taxes for parks and security really going to help us?

Why Are Men Leaving the Workforce?

NPR did a report on "Why Are Men Leaving The American Workforce?"

Apparently, there is a trend in America since the 1950s that men have been electing to not seek employment.  Let us look at some possible answers?

1. In 1913 men lost the right to own property.  Why work for what you can't own?
2. Men lost the right to speak for or represent their own families to the government.
3. Debit financing was started.  Men, being the main bread winners suffered more bankruptcy.
4. Women were protected by the government if their husbands went bankrupt. 
5. The U. S. Constitution that championed families, was now made to attack men. 
6. The 16th -27th Amendments weakened the man's role in the family.
7. Emotions were forced into politics and business.  Logic was forced out.

Plainly "Welfare 'reform' threatens to leave dads behind".  If you where a little boy would you like to grow up to be Homer Simpson?

Looking Out My Window, I See the Time Is Short

I do not wish to be an alarmist. I have been tempted to leave this part out of my presentation. However, a few points of concern have crossed my desk that I feel everyone should know. June 2015, The Federal Job Report stated we gained 223k jobs and lost 432k jobs for a net gain of -209k jobs created in June of 2015. If we use the job participation report to generate the unemployment rate we get 42% unemployment in America for June of 2015. We have 93million people on food stamps nationally. The federally stated unemployment rate of 5.3% doesn't include those that have given up over the last 5 years but still need to eat. 93Million people are almost 1/3rd of our gross population nationally.

Biblically and chronologically, the harbingers (KJV Bible Isaiah 9) have been played out between 2001 and 2007. America's elite declared war on God . Of the predicted blood moons, 3 of the 4 blood moons (and the corresponding eclipse) have past. The 4th blood moon is coming September 28, 2015. The Super Shemittah (explained by the KJV Bible in Leviticus 25) starts this September 2015 and lasts until September of 2016. (The Shemittah is the resting of the fields every 7 years and forgiving of all debits every 49 years. The Super Shemittah happens every 49 years.) The Federal Reserve is planing on digitizing our money October 15, 2015. October 20, 2015 is the day we find out who owns the new Global Reserve Currency .

I have a solution unfortunately my marketing skills are lacking.

Limbaugh, kids, phones, & mental health

Yesterday, Rush ran across a article about kids, cell phones, and suicide.  The sociologist in the article noted an increase in kids committing suicide in direct proportion to cell phone usage.

Well, I understand Rush's point about liberal policy driving kids to the brink of insanity.  I know a few liberals that are too less then mentally endowed enough to understand their own circular logic.  There is nothing more maddening then having liberals snapping at us for stupid stuff while eroding our liberty.  In the past it was funny to watch them.  Now, the line between the Democrats and Republicans have become blurred at best.  There are two parties still, the progressives and the tea party.   

Back to the point, as much as I enjoy technology the selected operating frequency of cell phones in laboratory experiments polarizes calcium atoms causing up to 147 functions in the body impedance.

This article "11 Reasons Children Under the Age of 12 Should Not Use Handheld Devices" should be named "2 Reasons Men Under the Age of 25 and Women Under the Age of 60 Shouldn't Use or Carry Handheld Devices Below Mid Chest Level".  Of the 11 reasons stated 10 of them are the result of poor calcium usage or lack of calcium.  As calcium is polarized in the body it becomes inert waste at best but often ends up as +2 ions.  Please note: acids contain a positive charge like + ions.  Bases contain a negative charge like - ions.  Our bodies need both but in the right places insulated with neutrally charged good fats.     

This destabilization of calcium in the body seems deliberately done to drive a fascist agenda through American politics.  This EM cloud of dangerous frequencies in combination with low pH ash food has measurable results.  People suffering in a malaise are less of a resistance problem when Agenda 21 is fully implemented.

Boehner

Every real person is glad to throw out the bad policy that has crept into our nation.  We have seen the results of the last election, it is hard to interpret it any other way.  The people voted against Obama-care.  Harry Reid lost his senate seat.

However, Boehner has stepped up to push the progressive agenda.  Today the Constitutionalists, Libertarians, Conservatives, and Tea-party are looking to dislodge Boehner as well for his lack of opposition to Obama and the progressive movement.

Right now we have a possible 35 conservative house republicans, Constitutionalists, Libertarians, and Tea-party that could force a  second vote for speaker of the house and possibly seat representative Gohmert.

Now, where's the beef?  Mr. Larson (local radio host) is pushing the progressive agenda again.  Instead of telling people how to influence their representatives to represent us by offering phone numbers and holding their feet to the fire with potential impromptu interview opportunities we are met with "Forget it Boehner is going to win".

I don't take anything too seriously anymore but referencing the law of attraction... wouldn't it be prudent to at least root for the good guys?

Influenza Shots

Getting your yearly shot for influenza has always presented a dichotomy of disconnect for me.  As I listen to the radio and the current discussion of why I should get a shot, I puzzle at the reasons presented.

First question; Who should get the shot? The young, the old, and hopefully everyone is what I heard.
Second question; Why should we get the shots yearly? To avoid the flu is what I heard.

Now here is where the logic starts to decay.

Third question; Can I get the flu if I get the shot?  Yes.  What is this? It takes two weeks to build up antibodies to the shot.  So the door is open for two weeks after I get the shot.  ALSO, there is viral drift.  This is when the yearly flu virus drifts from the viral form found in the vaccine from interacting in the wild.  OK, so the vaccine is only effective for a small number of people two weeks after they get a shot and before the virus starts to mutate if they aren't around other sick people?

Fourth question; Who is most at risk to get the flu?  People with compromised immune systems.  OK, I'm asking you to follow me here.  Did I not hear that vaccines were to get people with "compromised immune system" to produce antibodies?  I am STRETCHING here to understand.  Doesn't "compromised immune system" mean that the body is struggling to produce antibodies in the first place?  I thought torturing prisoners of war didn't work.

So, healthy person gets dosed by the flu virus.  His adenoids and tonsils send the message and samples to the spleen.  There antibodies are made and sent to the body inside of an hour.

 OR

An immune compromised person is injected with a quasi dead virus, if a non-living virus can be dead,  skipping the filters of the adenoids and tonsils.  Then their spleen is supposed to do what that is different from the normal way of working?

I see a disconnect from logic.  Wouldn't fixing the compromised immune system work better?  I see a vaccine as an expensive risky placebo at best.

No! I see mineral dense grain fed chicken slow roasted, bones and skin, with lots of mineral dense sage and herbs, salt and butter to taste, combined with celery, carrots. peas, and rice flour in a real nice soup a better flu shot.  And this is why; if the cell membrane is strong then the cell will resist a viral invasion.  Cell membranes are made of lipids or fat.  Slow cooked animal fat toughens the cell membranes.  Minerals are needed for dense bones, which are part of the endocrine system, hence a required resource for making hormones, enzymes, and antibodies.   So, if we combine tough cell defenses with an on-slot of antibody warriors we don't get sick.

If you do not want to get sick the secret is eating good food! and/or fixing any lingering digestive problems from eating bad foods in the past.
                                           
      

Economic Tsunami

In 1960 a tsunami hit Hilo Hawaii.  My father, being there at the time, told me later when I was a 9-10, that there was a boy who saw the water leave the bay and ran to warn the others.  Some of the others saw an opportunity to go treasure hunting on the bottom of the bay.  When the tsunami came back in, these souls were drown.

I see something similar now.  Gas prices in America were hovering close to $4.00 a gallon.  Now they are falling.  Gas is getting cheaper without a solid public reason.  This by its self means nothing.  However, if we look at the price difference for a gallon of gas between Canada and the U.S. It appears that the U.S. dollar is half the value of the Canadian dollar.  This is not a good thing.  If the price of gasoline and oil are dropping globally that accounts for the lower price but the dollar is weaker then the Canadian dollar means the dollar is not recovering.     

So let's investigate what is causing the water to leave the bay.  But first we need to understand what money is.  Money is as of 1913 in America made from "DEBIT" and "LOANS".  As this debit increases to increase the money supply, our politicians and bankers have pushed buttons to hide the debit.  In The United States public debit was unheard of until 1913.  With the 23rd Amendment to the Constitution our politicians sold us to the international banks.  The IRS became our slave master.

Debit as Money series I,  II, & III

Now the debit has grown to the point that it will need to be reset soon most likely.  I expect all merchandise to drop in price over the next while until the shortages set in then the true power of the dollar will be made bare.  After all deflation is another way of debit financing a nation.

The government is starting to panic on whole.  Their solution that they have been and are still imposing are not sustainable and will drive the price down as fewer people will be able to buy thing if the price doesn't drop.  When the stock piles run out globally the debit will rush back into the harbor causing pandemonium.

Fortunately. God's plan isn't man's plan.  Do you have food, water, money, and protection?  Do you posses talents that can aid small groups of hurting people?  Can you grow food and animals?  The sooner we form small collectives of talented and prepared (mentally and physically) people the better off we will be.

All inflated professions and professional people without down to earth knowledge might starve.  Most allopathic professionals will be challenged without a pharmacy.  Computer techs will be obsolete without electrical power.  The general public will be lost without cell phone towers.  All the devices with planned obsolescence built in will fail at the most convenient times.   

How short sighted man is when the Devil is pulling his strings. Interest and secret combinations?  Intresting.
