Cruz and Trump: I hate to piont this out...

Cruz, according to "natural law", is either a Cuban or Spanish subject.  I believe he is the best man for president.  However, up to 1875 before "British common law" was used to interpret the Constitution instead of "natural law" (or United States common law), Cruz would have never been selected as a Presidential candidate.

Obama is the same.  Obama is Kenyan (Please see paragraph 215).  It has nothing to do with his birth certificate it has everything to do with his father.  Unfortunately the same applies to Cruz; (Early Life and Ancestry) " Rafael Cruz (Ted's father) earned Canadian citizenship in 1973^[6] and ultimately became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2005.^{[9][20][21][22]}" long after Ted's birth December 22, 1970.

The only way Cruz could serve us is as CEO of the CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC. just like Obama.  And just like Obama, he would be an unconstitutional president.  Since Chester Alan Arthur (October 5, 1829 – November 18, 1886) there has been many American CEOs without being United States Constitutional Presidents.

In fact with the death of Abraham Lincoln and the sinking of the Titanic it seams a path was laid that swallowed up the original 13th Amendment and instigated the 16th through the 27th Amendments which are unchristian, anti-family, and anti-United States.     

The sad thing is our federal government fully abandoned the United States Constitution in 1913.  Right now the United States Constitution is only in the hands of a few Constitutionally Educated People.  Yes! I am a conspiracy theorist.  Ignorance in a magistrate court is a bad place to find out you are a SUBJECT of the CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC.

So, now we get to Trump.  He is a United States citizen because his grandfather was naturalized (Early Years - "It was around this time that Trump anglicized his name to Frederick and became a naturalized United States citizen").  So, by United States Constitutional law Trump can be President of the United States.  The question is will he be the President of the United States or CEO of the CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA INC.? Will he follow Constitutional law and American common law or British common law (aka International common law or Agenda 21) bastardizing the Constitution like our last 4 CEOs?
    
The People are the Power. The Republic is the Tool. The Constitution is the Rule. When the people get mad, educated, and focused we will see a change in the politics of the day.

A vote for Trump is just a focused mad vote lacking education.  The only thing more misguided is showing up for the presidential election thinking you can effect change.  Educated people know the primaries and small elections are where the real voting and change happens by 1/8 the population unless you are a democrat.  Then it's he who has the most super delegates wins.  Democratic citizens really don't get to vote as the party does it for them.
       

The Word of Wisdom

I have been looking at the Word of Wisdom for awhile.

Finding this link form 1977 about the Word of Wisdom was a treat.  Although, the author attempts to hook it back to Allopathic medical dogma.  Even so most of what she concludes is very interesting if you are of the old dogmatic point of view.  She counters many common LDS understandings.  

I believe the author did a reasonable job of correcting common beliefs.  Additionally, my argument is in the use of semicolons in the Section.  Semicolons are use as conjunctions between dependent clauses to assign meaning to the pronouns in the secondary clause.

Example: Doctrine and Convents Section 89:11   

11 Every herb in the season thereof, and every fruit in the season thereof; all these to be used with prudence and thanksgiving.        

The therm "all these" refers to "herbs" and "fruits".  There is little question.  So, lets dig deeper.

 12 Yea, flesh also of beasts and of the fowls of the air, I, the Lord, have ordained for the use of man with thanksgiving; nevertheless they are to be used sparingly;

 13 And it is pleasing unto me that they should not be used, only in times of winter, or of cold, or famine.

The pronoun "They" refers to what subject through the semicolon? The subject is "Flesh".  Note the commas are used to separate the three predicates used in the last clause.

 14 All grain is ordained for the use of man and of beasts, to be the staff of life, not only for man but for the beasts of the field, and the fowls of heaven, and all wild animals that run or creep on the earth;

 15 And these hath God made for the use of man only in times of famine and excess of hunger.

So let's look at this set of clauses.  "And these" (from verse 15) refers to what, the subject or the direct objects of the clause (from verse 14) on the other side of the semicolon?  In the last few examples it has been the subject so why would it be the direct objects in this last case?

Now lets update the nutritional knowledge from 1977 to 2015.  To do this requires looking at a medical discipline that still uses nutrition over dogmatic distributions of pharmaceuticals.  Naturopathic and homeopathic medicine is the discipline of choice to use in such a case.

 4 Behold, verily, thus saith the Lord unto you: In consequence of evils and designs which do and will exist in the hearts of conspiring men in the last days, I have warned you, and forewarn you, by giving unto you this word of wisdom by revelation—  

The Word of Wisdom breaks down like this.  Beware of evil men and their poisons food and additives.  Use herbs, fruits, and vegetables they contain vitamins (anti-oxidants), a few minerals, and a little fat.  Use meat it contains proteins, fats, and minerals in easily digestible and absorbable forms.  This fills the bill for the 77 bio-available essential minerals, 16 essential vitamins, 12 essential amino acids, and 3 essential fatty acids needed to not only live but thrive.

There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate.  Let us look at 14 and 15 again.
  

 14 All grain is ordained for the use of man and of beasts, to be the staff of life, not only for man but for the beasts of the field, and the fowls of heaven, and all wild animals that run or creep on the earth;

 15 And these hath God made for the use of man only in times of famine and excess of hunger.

In these two extreme states of famine and extreme hunger carbohydrates balance the body's nutritional needs; however, outside this scope it just produces body weight and feeds potentially bad intestinal flora.

Fast Sunday

Today, I was going to bear my testimony of the Atonement in church.  However, I have lungs full of a sticky cold and I am having troubles breathing.  This, writing it down, might be better anyway as I can review it myself if needs be.

There are a few basic principles I have come to believe most ardently.  The first, all things testify of the Christ.  The second, by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.  Third, God, our Heavenly Father, loves all of us... so very, very much.  And fourth, it is better to obey then to sacrifice.

I have come to believe that we must know something in four ways to understand it.  Those ways are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  There is nothing in this world that we do that doesn't have these four parts.  When these parts are not all presented in an activity we will not develop the root understanding or appreciation to train our subconscious mind.  Our conscious mind is but a fraction of who we are.  Our subconscious mind is who we are.  As we train it so are we.

I have found that there are four ways to affect an atom: photonically, kinetically, magnetically, and with the Priesthood.  The funny thing is that all but one influences the atom form the outside.  Only one acts from the inside out.     

In the grand council before the worlds were, our Heavenly Father presented a plan of salvation that if we accepted and lived would add us to the tree of life.  During the last general conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter  Day Saints, I learned a new word for something I take for granted... ponder-ization.  It means to reflect on a topic or scripture until a more complete understanding develops with all its tendrils into even, sometimes, seemingly disassociated understanding is incorporated.

Even now I see many of my friends wondering about the term "add us to the tree of life".  Yes, I have come to believe that from a sea of free floating intelligence a tree of order has developed.  This order resembles a tree not unlike the family tree, since it is one and the same, that is manifest by doing our genealogy and propagated by obeying Eternal Law.

The pure love of God is to see us freely accepting the responsibility to broaden our shoulders and strengthen our backs as He "brings to pass the immortality and eternal life of man" by being able to add us to the tree as He is.

I have come to look upon the Atonement not as one gift from God but as a whole box full of gifts.  As the Pre-world General Conference of Our Heavenly Father concluded, Jehovah accepted the role of Savior.  This act made it possible to entrust Him with the Father's priesthood to grant us the following gifts.  Time and space to perfect our decision to follow our Father's desires.  A beautiful world full of plants and animals.  Physical bodies to aid our understanding.  An opportunity to practice agency without immediate judgment.  Examples of the Gospel and the way God would like us to follow.  The ability to repent and show it by commitment through Baptism.  He gave us the Gift of The Holy Ghost as a source of direction.  He gave us the Priesthoods so we could start practicing eternal principles.  He gave us marriage so that we might be complete in our understanding of responsibility.

Jehovah received His body and became Jesus; who fulfilled the office of The Christ.  So that we could become through Him worthy, educated, and strong in our God and receive all that He has.  I can not down play nor do I wish to lessen the extent of His love for me by not reflecting on the price paid for me.  I can't but imagine the pain and anguish suffered for me so that I may learn to eternally live.

The worst this world has to offer is found in the Atonement and the price paid.  If not for the Atonement we would know no pain, sickness, or temporal death.  Micheal would not have become Adam and we would not be... save our Brother obeyed our Father.  The order now found in the world and manifest through the simplest things... as the edge of a rock, a fresh breeze, or the dampness of water all manifest of Christ for our intelligence would have been stifled without His act of love.

I know my Heavenly Father lives.  I know my Brother paid my price in full if I accept His offer and find myself obedient to His will.                                        

I so claim in the name of my Lord,

Being Nobody

As an INTJ I like being listened to and learning from others.  However, I've been all but defeated by my challenges and thought of by others as mostly mild amusement.  Today I feel exceptionally superficial.  There is nothing like being alone insomuch company.

People ignore me because I don't see anything with the same rosy grasses everyone else uses.  In fact, I know that no one will read this blog.  I am positive.  It is one thing to climb a mountain with proper gear it is a lot slower with no gear.  I feel stupid, cheated, and tired.

My liver is sore and inflamed.  My skin is turning yellow.  My joints ache and my muscles are weak.  I had moments today that it was hard to balance as the gravity of the world switched directions.

A close relative was concerned about my priesthood status and started prying.  I talked offhandedly to the bishop about it and now the air is strong with lessons about conspiring to seek office in the priesthood.  As if I was stupid again and didn't know any better.

I am having a hard time with the ward members.  They teach on for example the "Word of Wisdom" and skip over the grammar associated with semicolons.  I asked if the semicolons were added by someone other then the Prophet and was told no.  So, why are the semicolons overlooked as far as interpreting the scripture?

Others read it as we are to be all but vegetarians yet, if you read it clause to clause and transfer the significant emphasis as dependent clauses need on the subject pronoun of the independent clauses (as per the proper grammar usage of the semicolons), the scripture sounds exactly backwards of the official interpretation of the meaning.

Interpreting it so, we are not to eat GMO crops or take allopathic medicine.  We need to know our herbs, vegetables, and fruits as they are more powerful then drugs.  They also contain minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes, and many other beneficial compounds.  We need to eat meat in digestible amounts.  Full of fat and protein to rebuild and protect our cell integrity, meat is a must.  We need to be careful with sugars and starches from grains.  Sugars feed bad fungi in our bodies by killing our intestinal flora.  Carbohydrates in general fill fat cells with excessive weight when eaten in over abundance and switches the bodies metabolism from burning fat to burning sugar.  Our bodies are designed to run on low blood sugar.  burn moderate carbohydrate intakes quickly and store gross carbohydrate intakes as fat. 

So, my understanding of reading the same things others read makes me sound like a fool.  So, I sit on my hands or answer some generic canned Sunday school answer in my Sunday meetings... like I should, to get some little morsel of acceptance.                

The wife and I start a new job tomorrow.  The paychecks can be twice what we made last year every month.  If and when the opportunity works, we will never be strapped for cash again.  We will most likely over run our siblings earning potential inside of 2 years.  It won't feel much different being excluded for being to rich as it was being to poor.  Mostly, we will hide our fortune in more businesses and enterprises.  Our siblings and parents will not know unless we invite them to the house for a holiday.  Even then we will not disclose much over we are borrowing a house for the party.

Being nobody isn't so bad.    

                                    

City Council Debates

I've been to two debates so far (Oct 19th).  This last debate raised questions as neither candidate was really conservative.  It perplexes me to see leaders talk about subjects without developing them to the pavement.  Where the rubber meets the road is where the work gets done.  Oh, to be as chatty as a politician and say nothing.

I must confess, I think the last good mayor we had was Mayor Campbell 4 or 5 mayors ago.  He knew how to grow the city and balanced budgets.  He attracted businesses, things where good.  As of late the city is over spending.  In 2006 and 2007 we had a 10 million dollar grant that we hid behind.  The capital grant dropped 8 million dollars in 2008 (Source 2007 and 2008 City of Idaho Falls CAFR).  This was a sign we were over spending by relying on soft money in the first place.  So, since 2008 the city has been raising taxes, fines, fees, and licenses to cover the grant short fall of 8 million dollars.

Money has even been taken from the city businesses to cover the over spending.  Speaking of which, city businesses have been losing money also.  City businesses are down 10 million dollars in earnings over the last 8 years.     

But here is the rub, The city has been spending more on parks and recreation, public safety, and streets instead of making Idaho Falls business friendly.  Businesses don't care about parks.  Businesses are designed to make money for their investors, executives, and employees.  They need power, phones, gas, water, sewer, and trash at reasonable prices.  They need fair non-excessive regulation and taxation.

Cities are only strong if the wealth of the city resides with the people.  Here is a picture of the health of our city.

The money is shifting from the people to the city's spending project.  2014 is deceptive just because the household income is under the 2012 levels.

Lets look at taxes.

Watch the yellow and green lines change places.  And, the last chart.

Businesses like the purple line.  Boy, it sure looks to me like the city is running off businesses and taxing the people to build parks and anti-riot teams to control the unemployed.  Quick note; how much of the public safety budget is cameras to watch and record every intersection and street.  How much we miss when we think someone else is watching our back.   

I know most people aren't going to understand this but for those who do; if our city council would apply fractal mathematics to the equation of running the city in balance the solutions light up like uranium to a Geiger counter.

Benjamin Franklin is attributed with expressing the sentiment “They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”   There are many that attempt to fit this logic into today's reality of surveillance as if Franklin would approve of being constantly watched.  If this was the case Custard and the battle of Little Bighorn would never of happened.  Taking the Indian Chief's responsibility away from them (aka liberty over ones self) made them less then men and they rebelled.  Let's look at food stamps.  We relieved the people of feeding themselves.  As a nation we are weaker in our workforce.  As a people we are slaves of the state.  This is a violation of the Nation's "General Welfare" from the Constitution pertaining to congressional responsibilities.  In modern lingo, distributive networking with multiple server redundancy (bit torrent) is superior to server centric networking (so weak in it architecture that there are no example among Enterprise servers).  That is a testament to Franklin wisdom.  When we stand and hold our hand out we are at the mercy of the generous and if the generous start holding their hands out we starve.

Fractal Mathematics: the microcosm of our attitudes, abilities, and actions translate to the macrocosm of our society.    

Solutions:

1. Teach people to protect and produce for themselves as much as possible.  Encourage looking after each other without tattling to government spies.  Reduce the price for safety by placing the responsibility back where it belongs on the individuals first.  Teach or allow gun and weapon safety classes.  Allow the use of low-power projectile weapons in the city limits under the supervision of responsible adults.

2. Parks are great but 50 in a population of 54,000.  If people have no jobs who is going to play in the parks?  If the median house hold income is dropping there is something wrong with the local business sector and or the city population.  The parks need to be reduced or turned over to local neighborhoods.  Create neighborhood food gardens for those that need food, training, and accomplishment.   
             
3. Reduce taxes, fines, fees, licenses, and regulations to encourage businesses.  The concept of money is only produced in a free market environment.  This point is why governments can't create monetary value.  The socialistic ways of collecting taxes does not allow for the free efforts of individuals to instill value through desire of an item or service.  Slavery doesn't profit the slave.

4. Be aware of "Academic Inflation" when it comes to government supervisors.  In the real world the expense of ones education doesn't translate to a bigger paycheck without earning the money on the free market.  In other words, if you build a bunch of yoyos and nobody wants them you didn't earn any money you created debit.  The city pay scale should reflect the local private sector's paychecks if we really what to grow Idaho Falls.  The public should have a vote on general pay-scales and individual director paychecks

5. Remove the "Smart Meters".  The federal government paid half to install them (2012 and 2013 CAFRs).  The meters have a far sorter live expectancy then the old analog meters and will need to be replaced 4 to 5 times in the lifespan of the old meters.  Even if the fed continues paying half, the meters are expensive.  The meters are easily hacked and vulnerable to pole shorts.  In California a pole grounding cause the destruction of hundreds of meters and  damaged each house and its appliances.

Warm fuzzes and displacing poor people while dreaming of a rich investor to develop downtown Idaho Falls (out of the goodness of his/her heart) is at best dreaming.  I have one more chart.

 It took a lot of digging to come up with these numbers.  If our population is dropping and our incomes are slipping is raising taxes for parks and security really going to help us?

Why Are Men Leaving the Workforce?

NPR did a report on "Why Are Men Leaving The American Workforce?"

Apparently, there is a trend in America since the 1950s that men have been electing to not seek employment.  Let us look at some possible answers?

1. In 1913 men lost the right to own property.  Why work for what you can't own?
2. Men lost the right to speak for or represent their own families to the government.
3. Debit financing was started.  Men, being the main bread winners suffered more bankruptcy.
4. Women were protected by the government if their husbands went bankrupt. 
5. The U. S. Constitution that championed families, was now made to attack men. 
6. The 16th -27th Amendments weakened the man's role in the family.
7. Emotions were forced into politics and business.  Logic was forced out.

Plainly "Welfare 'reform' threatens to leave dads behind".  If you where a little boy would you like to grow up to be Homer Simpson?

Looking Out My Window, I See the Time Is Short

I do not wish to be an alarmist. I have been tempted to leave this part out of my presentation. However, a few points of concern have crossed my desk that I feel everyone should know. June 2015, The Federal Job Report stated we gained 223k jobs and lost 432k jobs for a net gain of -209k jobs created in June of 2015. If we use the job participation report to generate the unemployment rate we get 42% unemployment in America for June of 2015. We have 93million people on food stamps nationally. The federally stated unemployment rate of 5.3% doesn't include those that have given up over the last 5 years but still need to eat. 93Million people are almost 1/3rd of our gross population nationally.

Biblically and chronologically, the harbingers (KJV Bible Isaiah 9) have been played out between 2001 and 2007. America's elite declared war on God . Of the predicted blood moons, 3 of the 4 blood moons (and the corresponding eclipse) have past. The 4th blood moon is coming September 28, 2015. The Super Shemittah (explained by the KJV Bible in Leviticus 25) starts this September 2015 and lasts until September of 2016. (The Shemittah is the resting of the fields every 7 years and forgiving of all debits every 49 years. The Super Shemittah happens every 49 years.) The Federal Reserve is planing on digitizing our money October 15, 2015. October 20, 2015 is the day we find out who owns the new Global Reserve Currency .
